1. Privacy policy - general provisions

1.1. JSC “Invertus” (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), while respecting the rights of privacy of its customers, including the website http://www.invertus.eu/ (“Website”), is committed to the privacy of its customers ensuring the protection of their personal data and ensuring their rights as data subjects.

1.2. This privacy policy governs the key principles and procedures for the collection, handling and storage of all the personal data of the customers of the Company.

1.3. By using the Company’s Web site or services or by purchasing the goods offered by the Company, by providing the Company with your personal data, you agree to this Privacy Policy (except for data processing actions that will require your individual consent). Customers are familiar with the Privacy Policy, when signing up on the Website, the “check mark” is marked on the customer system after this policy. 1.4. We handle your personal data by following (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”) of 27 April 2016, as well as the Law on the Protection of Personal Data – “ADTAĮ”) of the Republic of Lithuania, the provisions of the Law on Electronic Communications of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter referred to as the “ERRA”) and other applicable legal acts regulating data protection.

2. The terms used in the privacy policy.

2.1. Personal data – any information about a natural person identified or identifiable (the data subject); a natural person who can identify himself is a person whose identity can be determined directly or indirectly, according to the identifier, such as his name, personal identification number, location data and Internet identifier, or one or more physical, physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity.

2.2. Data subject – a natural person – a customer of the Company (including the visitors of the Web site), the personal data of which is collected by the Company.

2.3. “Data subject consent” means any express, unequivocal, express and unequivocal expression of the will of the duly notified data subject in a statement or unambiguous way he accepts the processing of personal data relating to him.

2.4. 2.8.  Direct marketing is an activity aimed at offering goods or services by post, telephone or other direct means and / or inquiring their views on the goods or services offered.

3. What kind of personal data do we collect?

3.1. The Company collects and continues to process the following personal data you submit yourself by registering, ordering services and / or purchasing goods on the Web site or by ordering services in another way: name, surname, address, e-mail. e-mail address, telephone number, data related to the provision of services, order details, account numbers, payment details, consent and consent information regarding the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes, passwords, any other data that you submit in addition to your own initiative, registering, ordering services and / or purchasing goods. Your personal data is stored during the period of our Company cooperation and 10 (ten) years after the end of cooperation.

The collection of your personal data which you indirectly provide by registering, ordering services and / or purchasing goods on the Website, the Company continues to process, that is, these data are automatically collected from your computers and (or) mobile devices you use when logging in to the Site: login IPs addresses and times, user-friendly browser and version thereof, web-sites you visited before accessing our Web site, usage data, etc. This data is stored during the period of our Company’s cooperation and depending on the data, up to one year after the end of this period. This data may be stored for a longer period if there are other legal grounds for such a storage period.

4. What purposes are your personal data processed for?

4.1 The Company manages the above personal data for the following data processing purposes: for identification of the Company’s customers in its information systems, registering on the Website and logging in to its account, processing and administration of the purchase of services and / or goods, administration of bookkeeping documents related to the ordering of services, delivery of goods and administration, contact with you, contractual obligations, direct marketing (with the prior consent of the data subjects).

6.1.8. And on the other grounds set out in the Regulation;

6.1.9. To require the Company to limit the processing of your personal data;

6.1.10. To receive personal data related to you that you submitted to the Company in a systematized, commonly used and computer-readable format (you also have the right to ask the Company to transfer your personal data to another data controller);

6.1.11. Do not agree that personal data relating to you will be processed (for example, through direct marketing or otherwise).

7. Processing personal data for direct marketing purposes.

7.1. We will send you company newsletters by e-mail. mail and / or email us for the quality of existing services, only with your prior consent and in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation.

7.2. The personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes: name, surname, email address, telephone number, any other data that you submit in addition to your own initiative, registering, ordering services and / or purchasing goods.

8. What purpose is your personal data used for?

8.1. The Company’s employees have access to your personal data only if it is necessary to fulfil their duties and only with the employee’s obligation to comply with confidentiality requirements.

8.2. The company may submit your personal data to law enforcement authorities, when it has a legal basis, in response to official requests from state institutions and the court, but only after verifying the legality of such requests, to other third parties with your consent. The administrators who provide services to the Company and process your personal data on behalf of the Company and for the Company or your benefit:
