Your core responsibilities as a Marketing & Communication Manager would be:

  • Be a part of all aspects of our public presence: writing all kinds of content, analyzing the data, managing the website, and taking care of all kinds of branded goods. We understand the limitations of work time apply, thus you may not have time to concentrate on one thing, so a strong sense of doing it “well enough” will be crucial.
  • Take good care of all our communication channels: website, social, etc. Write it, post it, coordinate it.
  • Create meaningful experiences and help the team do that. Be a genuine heart and soul of Invertus.
  • Learn fast and find out where do you want to concentrate your efforts in the future. You’ll surely won’t be the last person we hire into the Marketing team.

Marketing & Communication Manager must have skills:

  • Be a Jack of all Trades we’re not yet ready to specialize.
  • Copywriting and basic understanding of SEO.
  • Growth mindset.
  • Excellent command of both English and Lithuanian (knowledge of Nordic and other European languages will be considered an advantage).
  • Business attitude: we do nothing just for the sake of doing, the results are essential.
